At the helm of Propertiq is Brian Azizollahoff who has been active in the property sector for over 30 years.
Brian served as the CEO of Redefine Properties for 8 years and engineered the merger of Redefine, ApexHi Properties and Madison Fund Managers, which created the second largest listed property company in South Africa.
A highlight of Brian’s career was a period spent with Olympia & York Developments, the developers of Canary Wharf in London.
Brian recently co-founded Propertiq after spending 5 years with Capstone Property Group, a property investment and development company he founded in 2011.
Having been brought up in and exposed to the property industry from an early age, Netanel has always had a passion for Real Estate.
Netanel started his career at a privately owned property company as a property manager and lease administrator. Within a short time, Netanel was promoted to Head of Commercial Leasing and continued to work his way up eventually earning his seat on the Property Management Executive Committee.
In addition to his ground up experience around property management, years of structuring deals and leasing strategies with large corporations and SMEs has given Netanel a comprehensive and well rounded understanding of the retail and commercial real estate environment.
